Scott County High School underwent extensive renovations to enhance its facilities and infrastructure. All existing flooring was removed and replaced with durable and aesthetically pleasing Terrazzo flooring. In the restrooms, all fixtures were updated to modern standards. The HVAC system and its controls were completely overhauled to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality. For increased safety and security, new security glass was installed throughout the building. The doors were upgraded to new fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) ones, providing better durability and security. Additionally, new storefronts were constructed to modernize the building’s facade. Foundations were laid for a future grandstand, anticipating the expansion of outdoor facilities. The project also included laying new asphalt and improving stormwater management systems to enhance the school’s infrastructure and environmental resilience.
