Calhoun Construction served as a General Contractor on the 2nd floor build-out of the new corporate headquarters.  Calhoun previously completed the tenant fit-out on the 3rd and 4th floor of the 805 Building consisting of new offices, meeting spaces and conference rooms throughout.  The second floor build-out is 34,000 sqft and consists of more offices, lobby, meeting spaces and conference rooms.  Calhoun self-performed the metal stud, drywall and acoustical ceilings.
