Calhoun Construction Services, Inc. is a growing commercial general contractor located in Louisville, KY. Calhoun is looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator. Qualified candidates
must be a driven individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer phones and filter calls
Manage employee schedules- keeping track of where everyone is during the day
Maintains office services by organizing office operations
Get and open mail
Assist HR and office in translating – Bilingual
Check receipts to bills- PNC, Home Depot, Lowe’s
Bid Day – Filtering calls and correspondence
Payroll Back-up
Order/ pick up supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual

Associate degree required or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience
with scheduling, budgeting and payroll
Advanced computer skills
Supply management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
