It’s time to reveal the 50 fastest-growing private companies in the Louisville area as part of our annual Fast 50 program.
This year, we have three companies that make this list that had revenue growth from 2016 to 2018 at over 200 percent, and 10 companies over 100 percent. The technology sector is featured the most out of any industry. Other industries included in these growing companies include marketing and advertising, construction, manufacturing and logistics, among others.
So how do they rank? We’ll reveal that at our annual Fast 50 luncheon Oct. 15, at the Kentucky International Convention Center.
Fast 50 companies must release a three-year operating sales history and have an average of at least $1 million in revenue for the three most recent fiscal years. They also must be headquartered in Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer or Trimble counties in Kentucky or Clark, Floyd, Harrison or Washington counties in Indiana.
Fast 50 companies on our list must be independent, for-profit and privately held.
We calculate the revenue information submitted by entrants and the companies with the greatest percentage of revenue growth from 2016 to 2018 made the list.
