Red Robin, a Colorado-based company that was founded in Seattle in 1969, is a casual dining concept that offers appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps in addition to gourmet burgers and beer. The Clarksville Red Robin, is the third location in the Louisville area, was built in the chain’s new, more modern style and features a larger draft beer selection and new technologies.
