The NuLu Marketplace in Louisville, Kentucky, is undergoing a significant expansion with the development of NuLu Marketplace North. This new three-story, 66,000-square-foot building, spearheaded by developer Mo Deljoo of Noveen Holdings, LLC, aims to enhance the vibrant East Market District, commonly known as NuLu.

Calhoun is completing this project. Situated between Market and Main Streets, the project is set to feature a mix of retail, dining, entertainment spaces on the first floor, office spaces on the upper floors, and short-term rental units. Additionally, plans include a rooftop bar and the revitalization of the adjacent Billy Goat Strut Alley, further contributing to the area’s dynamic atmosphere.
