The project entails the transformation of an existing space into an emergency veterinary clinic, involving a comprehensive set of tasks. The scope of work encompasses the installation of a concrete slab as the foundation, as well as the intricate installation of underground plumbing to ensure proper water and drainage systems. The project also includes the installation of storefront windows to create a welcoming and accessible entrance. To shape the clinic’s interior, metal stud framing will be employed to create structural support and delineate spaces, with drywall being applied for interior walls. Additionally, the project encompasses the essential finishing touches such as painting and flooring, which will contribute to the clinic’s aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, the project will address all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) needs, ensuring a fully operational and efficient emergency veterinary clinic upon completion.
