The project entailed the transformation of an existing space into an emergency veterinary clinic, involving a comprehensive set of tasks. The scope of work encompassed the installation of a concrete slab as the foundation, as well as the intricate installation of underground plumbing to ensure proper water and drainage systems. The project also included the installation of storefront windows to create a welcoming and accessible entrance. To shape the clinic’s interior, metal stud framing was employed to create structural support and delineate spaces, with drywall being applied for interior walls. Additionally, the project encompassed the essential finishing touches such as painting and flooring, which contributes to the clinic’s aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, the project addressed all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) needs, ensuring a fully operational and efficient emergency veterinary clinic upon completion.
