ULH Tomo Equipment Replacement
The University of Louisville is advancing its radiation‐oncology capabilities through the “Tomo Equipment Replacement” initiative, which upgrades and modernizes the facility’s existing tomotherapy system within the James Graham Brown Cancer Center. The project reflects UofL’s commitment to maintaining cutting-edge treatment equipment, enhancing precision and patient throughput, and ensuring that the department’s image-guided radiation therapy services remain at the forefront of cancer care.
Calhoun was excited to partner on this project with the University. This included removal of concrete associated with the Tomography vault, replacement of concrete as needed to accommodate new Tomography equipment, updating of lighting, HVAC equipment, casework and electrical.
