Palomar Place Apartments is an affordable housing development located at 1009 Wellington Way, Lexington, KY 40513, developed by AU Associates Inc.  As part of AU Associates’ commitment to creating high-quality affordable rental communities in Central Kentucky, this project seeks to provide well-designed, accessible housing in a growing Lexington neighborhood.

Calhoun constructed this new 71 unit 4-story apartment complex.  This included an underground storm capture system, wood structure, wood and fiber cement siding along with a brick facade.
