Calhoun assisted in placing a new pre-engineered metal building in the west lot of 3315 Gilmore Industrial Blvd, service road connection between 3315 and 3319 Gilmore Industrial Blvd. and new gravel service/loading pad.  Also, interior architectural modifications were made to the existing building at 3315 Gilmore Industrial Blvd. including new storage, break room, men’s and women’s restroom and separation from current tenant.
