Keeneland kicked off Phase 1 of a major capital improvement project centered on upgrades to its iconic Sales Pavilion in Lexington, Kentucky. This phase included renovations to enhance the functionality, comfort, and overall experience for buyers, consignors, and guests during Keeneland’s world-renowned Thoroughbred auctions. Calhoun completed improvements including updated seating, enhanced technology, and reconfigured spaces to support a more efficient sales process while preserving the historic character of the pavilion.

These enhancements are part of Keeneland’s long-term vision to modernize its facilities while continuing to serve as a global leader in the equine sales industry. Work was carefully phased to ensure that sales operations continued uninterrupted throughout construction.
