Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) is advancing its downtown Louisville campus transformation through the Jefferson Rising initiative. The garage is designed to improve parking availability for students, faculty, and visitors, while the retail spaces aim to serve both the campus community and the surrounding neighborhood.

Calhoun was selected as the general contractor for this project.  A central component of this initiative is the construction of a four-story, 520-space parking garage at the intersection of Second Street and West Broadway.  This facility also features 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, enhances campus accessibility and contributes to downtown revitalization efforts.
