Calhoun served as the General Contractor for this renovation that included demolition of all existing walls, floors, and ceilings.  Room layouts were updated and the power supply being provided to this unit was upgraded, including new mechanical equipment to replace the old. New ceilings, floor, and finishes were all included in this renovation.
