Congo Brands, the Louisville-based company behind popular consumer brands like Alani Nu and PRIME Hydration, was undertaking a substantial renovation of its new headquarters at 13551 Triton Park Blvd. This $14 million project involves remodeling the 110,000-square-foot facility, including a 32,621-square-foot first-floor renovation featuring new walls and ceilings.

The remodel was a part of Congo Brands’ broader $8.25 million investment to consolidate its growing workforce into a single, modern facility. The company was aiming to transform the building into a premier headquarters that reflects its dynamic culture and supports continued growth.

Calhoun Construction Services managed the multi-phase renovation, which includes the addition of a testing lab and updated office spaces.
