Churchill Down’s First Turn Club changed the footprint and increased the customer experience at one of our most storied national treasures.  Boasting a ground level 65,000 square foot club space and accommodating over 2,000 patrons, club guests enjoy incredible track site lines along the first turn.   At almost one and a half football fields in length, club patrons have walk up access to the track rail adding to an already incredible experience.

Guests ascending the escalators to the upper concourse and view levels can join more than 5,000 others in the newly covered, stadium-style padded arena seating.  The new facility was designed to operate year-round, and we were excited and fortunate to have provided this build for Churchill Downs.
