Calhoun is completing life safety and mechanical upgrades throughout the existing space.  This includes electrical upgrades, fire alarms, new mechanical, upgrades, new catwalk and miscellaneous painting and patching.  Calhoun is also serving as a trade contractor by completing selective demolition of a few existing walls.  Then, will be coming back in and framing, hanging and finishing new walls.
