This project is the new, ground-up construction of a 6-bay Ambulance Garage with accommodations for EMS team including supervision, dispatch, and first responders.
Under roof there will be (3) Offices, Dispatch center, Training room, Computer Education room, Housekeeping/Laundry accommodations and storage, Kitchen and Breakroom, Sleeping accommodations for (5), and a (6)-bay ambulance garage, Vestibules, and Mechanical/IT rooms.

We will perform all work including excavation and site prep, below slab utilities, concrete foundations and slab, building erection, interior buildout, building MEP systems, exterior and interior finishes, and everything in between.

Site utility work will require crossing multiple local roadways and include a telecom pathway to the adjacent hospital building. The building will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building on concrete slab. Exterior hard surfaces will be asphalt parking and drive lanes, and concrete sidewalks, curbs, and equipment pads.
