The McCullin Hall Renovation at Kentucky State University is a strategic exterior-rehabilitation project aimed at revitalizing one of the institution’s core campus buildings. The scope includes full replacement of deteriorated wood trim with PVC trim, the installation of pre-finished aluminum storefront systems replacing hollow metal doors, complete window replacement, masonry repairs (brick and cast stone restoration), rebuilding of exterior stairs, and comprehensive sitework upgrades for ADA compliance and improved accessibility.  Calhoun is excited to partner on this project with the University.
